Making a purchase from this store, either through the website or by phone, constitutes an agreement with the full terms and conditions listed on this page.
TERMS:
Due to market volatility in the bullion sectors, NO refunds or returns will be honored on ANY silver, gold, platinum or any other precious metal bullion for any reason!
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Management reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel sales at it's discretion.
If the customer initiates an unsustainable chargeback with their credit card company. Customer will be charged an additional $50.00 fee to recover the expenses and fees we incur in fighting that chargeback.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If WE cancel your order due to price change or product unavailability, you will NOT be charged a service fee.
If YOU cancel an order, you may be charged a minimum 10% service fee if we have incurred costs in the process of filling your order. This includes charging your credit card for a purchase, which results in a cost to us.
If YOU cancel an order for certified coins before that order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.(A certified coin is any coin graded and sealed by a third party grading service.)
RETURNS
NO returns or refunds allowed on certified coins. ONLY even exchanges allowed.(A certified coin is any coin graded and sealed by a third party grading service.)

If you need to make a return, please call 615-355-6400 during business hours for an authorization code.
Send return within 7 days of postmark, packaged and insured properly.
A 10% restocking fee on any unauthorized returns.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns of all coin rolls.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all certified coins returned for exchange.
Credit card refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
Coins removed from the holder are considered sold and not returnable or exchangeable.
Quarter roll wrappers are variable. We will not be accept returns on the basis of the wrapper type.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SmyrnaCoin is not responsible for return packages that are lost in the mail...so, for your own peace of mind, please insure your return properly.
